How it's Crafted

Our sterling silver picks are fabricated in-house from raw sterling silver stock. The forged tapers are hand-hammered down to a fine point before they are polished at successively finer levels to bring out their final luster.

Shipping & Returns

We use FEDEX for shipments within the United States. Our next shipping date is listed in the site banner at top of page.

For international orders, shipping cost is $100, and the buyer is responsible for any import tariffs or customs duties.

These are artisanal, handmade artworks. If you wish to return a piece or pieces, we may agree to offer a store credit towards a future purchase if the items are returned in as-new condition. Any returns must be agreed upon by us, in advance, in writing.

Accessory Care

Sterling silver develops a natural patina over time, unique to the piece. Like any silver, it can be polished using a polishing cloth, such as the Cape Cod Polishing Cloth for fine metals. Do not put them in the dishwasher or soak in water. Use of abrasives or other cleaning solvents may permanently damage the surface and finish.

MATERIALS

We offer a unique range of alloys to choose from across our line. Some alloys must be custom ordered - please inquire on our custom orders page for pricing and turnaround times.

18k Yellow Gold
18k gold is an alloy, which means it is a mixture of gold and other metals. The number 18 refers to the karat value, which is a traditional way of expressing the purity of gold. 24k gold is 100% pure gold, while 18k gold is 75% pure. Yellow gold is 75% pure gold, 15% pure silver and 10% pure copper. The silver and copper balance eachother to leave the color of the 18k gold quite equivalent to pure gold while adding substantial strength and durability. 18k gold is the standard for fine jewelry.
18k Rose Gold
18k gold is an alloy, which means it is a mixture of gold and other metals. The number 18 refers to the karat value, which is a traditional way of expressing the purity of gold. 24k gold is 100% pure gold, while 18k gold is 75% pure. Rose gold is 75% pure gold, 2.75% pure silver and 22.25% pure copper. The copper provides the soft and warm pink color of the 18k rose gold while adding substantial strength and durability. 18k gold is the standard for fine jewelry.
950 Platinum
950 platinum refers to a platinum alloy that is 95% pure platinum, meaning it contains 95% elemental platinum and 5% other metals – typically ruthenium and iridium- added to enhance its workability; it's considered the standard for platinum jewelry due to its high purity, durability, and beautiful white color.
Pure Silver
Silver is the most reflective metal in the world, but in pure form, it is quite soft. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The copper does not materially impact the color and reflectivity of the alloy compared to pure silver, but offers substantial benefits in terms of workability and durability. Sterling silver is food safe, anti-bacterial and some believe that silver can help with stress relief and mood-boosting.
Bronze
We use a premium silicon bronze for our sculptures. Silicon bronze is an alloy of copper, tin and silicon. It offers superior durability and corrosion resistance and polishes to a beautiful light gold tone which is more subtle, nuanced and elegant than brass. Our artifacts are surprisingly heavy in bronze; some weigh over half a pound.
