Our bronze sculptures are protected with a special clear ceramic coating - typically used in the aerospace and luxury timepieces industries - which should limit tarnishing. If soiled, wipe them down with a damp cloth, dry with a fresh cloth, and allow them to dry before storing. Do not put them in the dishwasher or soak in water. Use of abrasives or cleaning solvents may permanently damage the surface and finish.

Sterling silver, gold and platinum develop a natural patinas over time, unique to the piece. Like any fine jewelry, our pieces can be polished using a polishing cloth, such as Cape Cod Polishing Cloth for fine metals. Do not put them in the dishwasher or soak in water. Use of abrasives or other cleaning solvents may permanently damage the surface and finish.

We are a two person team, producing, packaging and shipping. We will do our best to ship within seven calendar days of ordering, unless the item you’ve purchased has a specific date when it will be ready. Also, sometimes things happen when we’re casting. We’ve had whole sets ruined when the temperature of the molten metal has been slightly off. Our website inventory counts show our current, shippable inventory for each piece, but for pre-orders, there is always some risk that production may be slower than we’d like. We know you’re excited to get your pieces, and we’re excited to send them to you! We’ll always do our best to communicate any delays.

In the U.S.A. we ship with Fedex, with insurance. Please notify us of any damage immediately upon receipt of the package and we’ll work with Fedex to try to make it right.

All of our Artifact Napkin Rings and Signet Glass Charms arrive in custom vegan leather packaging designed to protect and display the pieces. Skewer sets arrive in a custom made sheath. 

Gift wrapping is available for a flat fee of $30. 

These are artisanal, handmade artworks. If you wish to return a piece or pieces, we may agree to offer a store credit towards a future purchase if the items are returned in as-new condition. Any returns must be agreed upon by us, in advance, in writing. 

We take sustainability seriously. Both of us are big fans of nature, clean water and healthy environments. We do our best to source responsibly, limit chemicals and limit waste. Metal is one of the most recycled materials. There is a good chance you’re holding some recycled copper, tin, silver, bronze or steel in your hand when you’re using one of our products!

Yes, all our of designs are patented or patent-pending. We are currently selling our inaugural line. In the future, we will offer different patinas, designs and finishes as limited editions. All of our pieces are handmade and require substantial time and attention to craft, which inherently limits production quantities.
